Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Milton Keynes (30–45 minute commute preferred)
A well-established residential developer is looking to appoint an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support their infrastructure team.
The role will initially involve assisting with the procurement of five major infrastructure packages with a combined value of circa £100m, including earthworks, new roads, footbridges and water diversions. Following this phase, you’ll support the commercial management and procurement of logistics parks and distribution centres.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with tendering and procurement
Payment processing and valuations
Raising orders and subcontract administration
Supporting the wider commercial team across infrastructure projects
About You:
Background with a housebuilder, developer or infrastructure contractor
Experience assisting with payments, tendering or procurement
Confident communicator with a strong willingness to learn
Able to commute to Milton Keynes
This role would suit an Assistant QS early in their career looking to gain exposure to large-scale infrastructure and commercial projects within a well-established developer.
