Assistant Sales Manager/Senior Sales Negotiator – Wimbledon
Basic salary – From £24,000 + Commission (OTE £69,000) depending on position, Company Car or Car Allowance
Five-day week, Monday-Friday 9am-6:30pm, including every Saturday 9am – 4pm with a day off during the week.
We are currently searching for a dynamic, results orientated and determined Assistant Sales Manager or Senior Sales Negotiator with a minimum of 2 years experience, to be part of a successful team with our client a thriving estate agency based in the vibrant area of South West London. We are looking for someone with experience in a busy sales role and ideally knows the area with some previous valuation experience.

The role:
* Generate market appraisals, developing new business
* Converting appraisals into sales instructions
* Handling enquiries generated from the internet, telephone and walk-ins, in a professional manner
* Generate and accompany viewings and maintain feedback with all parties and negotiate offers
* Be responsible for maintaining records on the internal databases
* Marketing of properties
* Contribute to general running and profitability of the sales department
* Maintaining and nurturing relationships with both new and existing clients.
* Always ensuring excellent customer service.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in Sales within an estate agency.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent knowledge of the South West London property market.
* Full driving licence
