Assistant Site Manager – High End Residential Refurbishment

Cobham, Surrey
£45k - £55k + Package

We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager to join a high-end residential refurbishment contractor based on a 3m luxury residential project in Cobham.

The role will be site based, reporting directly into the Project Manager and assisting with the day-to-day delivery of a bespoke private client refurbishment project with exceptionally high standards of finish.

Responsibilities

  * Assisting the Project Manager with the day-to-day running of the project

  * Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are progressing to programme

  * Monitoring quality of works and ensuring luxury finishes are delivered to a high standard

  * Assisting with site logistics, deliveries and sequencing of trades

  * Carrying out site inspections and snagging works

  * Ensuring Health & Safety standards are maintained on site

  * Managing site paperwork including RAMS, inductions and daily records

  * Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers and design teams

  * Assisting with programme updates and short-term planning

  * Helping drive programme while maintaining exceptional quality standards throughout

Requirements

  * Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager or Site Supervisor

  * Experience working on high-end residential refurbishment or fit out projects

  * Strong eye for detail and quality finishes

  * Good communication and organisational skills

  * SMSTS / SSSTS preferred

  * CSCS Card required

  * First Aid beneficial
