About the Role
As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll play a vital role in driving store performance, leading a high-energy team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You’ll deputise for the Store Manager when required and help ensure every operational detail runs smoothly.

Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing team
Supporting the Store Manager in delivering strong commercial results
Ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent customer service
Driving sales performance and exceeding store targets
Managing stock levels and overseeing daily stock ordering
