Position: Assistant Support Worker
Location: Hitchin
Salary: £24,570 per annum
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

Join our caring and collaborative team at Napier Close, a vibrant supported living service for adults with learning disabilities. With 15 modern, self-contained flats and shared communal spaces, Napier Close offers an inclusive environment where residents feel respected, supported and empowered to thrive.

About the Role

As an Assistant Support Worker, you’ll play an important part in helping people live independently. You will:

Support daily life skills such as cooking, cleaning, shopping and budgeting
Assist with medication and general wellbeing
Organise activities and community trips
Encourage personal goals and greater independence
Build compassionate, meaningful relationships that make a real differenceShifts include:

3pm-11pm + sleep-in (11pm-8am) + 8am-4pm
10am-6pm
11am-7pm

What We are Looking For:

Full UK Driving Licence + access to a car
Flexibility for sleep-ins (minimum one per week)
Reliability and a passion for making a difference
