The role offers the opportunity to advise investors, landlords and occupiers across commercial property. You will lead Technical Due Diligence, project monitoring and professional building surveying instructions on projects valued up to £150m.
Responsibilities
* Lead commercial building surveying instructions across multiple asset classes
* Deliver Technical Due Diligence for acquisitions and investment transactions
* Provide project monitoring advice on development and refurbishment projects
* Manage client relationships and deliver commercially focused technical advice
* Support repeat business through high-quality project delivery
Requirements
* MRICS qualified
* Strong post-qualification commercial building surveying experience
* Technical Due Diligence and/or project monitoring expertise
* Experience across commercial property including office, industrial or retail
* Ability to operate at Associate level within a consultancy
Salary & Package
* £70,000–£90,000 basic salary
* 15% contractual over-target bonus
* Pension contribution
* Hybrid working
* Equity participation discussion for candidates able to introduce clients
