Sales Administrator
Brighton Area | £30,000 Basic Salary | Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm

Are you an experienced Sales Administrator with a background in the motor trade? Our client, a well-established and reputable main dealer in the Brighton area, is looking to add a highly organised and proactive individual to their busy sales team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional dealership offering a stable Monday to Friday role with no weekend working.

The Role:

  * Providing administrative support to the sales department

  * Processing vehicle orders and preparing sales documentation

  * Liaising with customers, manufacturers and internal departments

  * Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with dealership procedures

  * Supporting the sales team to ensure a smooth customer journey from order to delivery

What We're Looking For:

  * Previous motor trade Sales Administration experience is essential

  * Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail

  * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment

  * Strong communication and IT skills

  * A positive, team-focused approach
