Join Our Team - Part-Time Administration Role - Musgrave Park Hospital
We're looking for an organised and motivated individual to join our friendly NHS team on a part-time basis. If you have previous administrative experience and enjoy working in a busy, supportive environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Days required : Wednesday/ Thursday / Friday
Band 3 - £12.75 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Answering calls and handling referrals
Updating and maintaining databases
Typing and general secretarial duties
Archiving and managing records
Liaising with healthcare professionals and service users
Ordering stationery and equipment
Uploading applications and maintaining system dataRequirements:
Previous administration experience is essential
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work accurately and efficiently as part of a team
