Job Opportunity: Banksman
Are you reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment? We have an exciting opportunity for a Banksman to join our team.
Pay: £12.50 per hour (PAYE)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 2-week rotation:

Week 1: 5:30am – 3:30pm
*
Week 2: 9:00am – 7:00pm
What we’re looking for:
We are seeking candidates with a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but full training will be provided.
Requirements:

Experience in a similar role preferred (training provided)
*
Computer literate, able to handle basic files, emails, and mobile devices
*
Professional and effective communication skills with clients and colleagues
*
Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving abilities
*
Reliable, with excellent attendance and timekeeping
*
Willingness to learn and develop
*
Strong administration skills
*
Attention to detail
Key Responsibilities:
*
Perform Banksman duties to safely guide traffic on site
*
Ensure wagons tip loads correctly and materials are checked
*
Report any irregularities with materials
*
Communicate effectively with all personnel, including via handheld radio
*
Learn to differentiate between different grades of material and assist with quality inspection
