Behaviour Support - SEMH Specialist Secondary

Behaviour Support - The Role:
* SEMH Secondary School in Stockport 
* ASAP start 
* Permanent position 
* Support pupils with challenging behaviour
* Assist those with additional needs 
* Promote positive behaviour and mental health
* 1:1 / small group intervention sessions
* Monitor student progress
* Ability to cater for an array of different educational needs

Behaviour Support - Key Information:                                   
* 24k annually, term time only 
* Full time, Monday - Friday school hours
* Excellent SLT and SEN team to support 

Behaviour Support - Person Specification:
* Challenging experience is required 
* Team Teach is beneficial but not essential 
* Previous experience working with young people with SEMH needs is advantageous 
* Personable and role model figure required 
* Supportive and inspiring personality
* Patient and empathetic mentality is crucial
