An inclusive and nurturing SEN school in Newbury is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to join their team. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to support children who have Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Autism, and behavioural difficulties.

As a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting pupils both inside and outside the classroom-helping them manage emotions, build resilience, and develop positive relationships. Working closely with teachers, therapists, and pastoral staff, you will implement behaviour strategies and personalised support plans tailored to each child's needs.

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm
