🚗 Bodyshop Manager – Portsmouth

Are you a hands-on, driven leader with a passion for the automotive industry? An established independent bodyshop chain in Portsmouth is looking for a Bodyshop Manager to take charge of their busy, dynamic workshop.

What We Offer:

  * Salary: £55,000 per year

  * Bonus: Up to £20,000 annually

  * Hours: 45 per week, Monday to Friday

  * Holiday: 25 days plus bank holidays

  * A chance to lead a talented team in a thriving independent bodyshop

Key Responsibilities:

  * Oversee daily operations of the bodyshop, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction

  * Manage and motivate the team, driving performance and development

  * Maintain health & safety standards and compliance across the workshop

  * Monitor workflow, budgets, and resources efficiently

  * Liaise with customers, suppliers, and insurers to ensure smooth service delivery

What We’re Looking For:

  * Proven experience managing a bodyshop or automotive workshop

  * Strong leadership and team management skills

  * Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities

  * Passion for delivering exceptional customer service

  * Knowledge of automotive repair processes, health & safety, and industry regulations
