This is an exciting opportunity to join at the beginning of a new chapter, delivering high-quality Brickwork education in a modern, well-equipped environment designed to support both staff and learners.
The Role
As a Brickwork Lecturer, you will play a key role in delivering engaging, practical, and theory-based lessons to learners across a range of levels. You’ll be working in new, purpose-built facilities, helping shape the curriculum and contributing to a positive and inclusive learning culture.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality teaching in Brickwork across FE courses
Plan and prepare engaging lessons that meet learners’ needs
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
Support learners in achieving their qualifications and career goals
Contribute to the development of the new provision and curriculum What We’re Looking For
Level 3 qualification in Brickwork (or closely related discipline)
Minimum Level 3 teaching qualification (or equivalent)
Industry experience within Brickwork/construction and experience delivering level 3 brickwork
Strong communication, organisational and IT skills Why Join?
