Building Control Administrator – Havant

Precision Placements are currently working with a well-established Registered Approved Inspector who are looking to appoint a Building Control Administrator to join their growing team in the Havant area.

Key Responsibilities:

  * 

    Supporting Building Control Surveyors with day-to-day administration

  * 

    Managing Building Control applications, Initial Notices, and project records

  * 

    Liaising with clients, developers, architects, and contractors

  * 

    Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance records

  * 

    Assisting with scheduling inspections and project coordination

  * 

    General office administration and support

Key Requirements:

  * 

    Experience in Building Control, construction, engineering, or property administration (highly desirable)

  * 

    Strong organisational and communication skills

  * 

    Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

  * 

    Proficient in Microsoft Office and internal systems

  * 

    Professional and proactive approach
