Job Description

Looking for your next move? I’m working with a well-established RBCA who are on the hunt for a Regional Manager to support their northern team of qualified, experienced inspectors.

And the good news? This isn’t one of those stressful “sort everything out” jobs. In fact:

What you won’t have to deal with:

No team that’s been left without direction - this group is already settled and working well.
No building a client base from scratch - the clients are long-standing and loyal.
No firefighting because of empty roles - the team is fully staffed (but you can grow it if you want to!).
No trying to figure out what’s happening - you’ll get a proper handover so you know exactly what’s going well and what can improve.

What the role does look like:

Mostly commercial projects.
Ideally you’ll be registered for BSR Gateway projects and sitting at least at Class 2F, with the desire to increase your classification
Management experience ideally - but you’ll also get great mentoring and support so previous team leadership experience will set you up nicely for this role.
A nice balance of technical involvement and people leadership.
No pressure to bring clients with you, and no personal BD targets.

Basically, if you’re confident in your technical ability as an inspector and you enjoy getting the best out of people in a post BSR safety act environment, this would be a great fit.
