Job Title: Building safety co-ordenator 

Working days: Monday to Friday

Working hours: 9am to 5pm

Pay rate: £16.43 an hour

Job type: Remote, one day in the office 

Your Role:

As our Building Safety Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in maintaining the highest safety standards. You'll be responsible for:
Coordinating Safety Inspections: organise and oversee safety inspections across our housing properties, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records of safety assessments, incidents, and action plans.
Communication: Liaise with contractors, residents, and regulatory bodies to address safety concerns and promote best practises.
Training & Awareness: Support the development and delivery of safety training for staff and residents.
Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend solutions.Who We're Looking For:

Experience in Building Safety: Previous experience in building safety or a related field is essential.
Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards.
Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Problem Solver: Ability to think critically and address issues proactively.
Team Player: A collaborative spirit with a positive attitude!
