Job Description

Our client is seeking an organised and proactive Business Administrator to provide high-level administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and proactive individual to join a company at an exciting time of growth. You will be required to support with reporting so strong Excel skills are essential for this position. Job title: Business Administrator Type: Permanent, full time, Monday - Friday Location: Ascot, Hybrid Salary: Up to £40,000 DOE As a Business Administrator, you will play a central part in supporting the smooth running of board operations and senior leadership activities. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Board, Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team Supporting Senior Management with preparation of reports on Excel Maintaining accurate and compliant governance records in line with company and regulatory requirements Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing sensitive and confidential correspondence Supporting strategic projects and internal communications as directed Coordinating events, conferences, leadership meetings and stakeholder engagements, when required Managing diaries, scheduling board and committee meetings, as requiredWhat we are looking for: Strong administrative experience Confident user of MS Office, with intermediate Excel skills essential Highly organised with a proactive, solution-focused approach Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities Professional, discreet and confident when handling sensitive informationIf you are an organised, confident and eager to join a growing company looking for your next challenge, we would love to hear from you.
