Job Description

We’re looking for a proactive, solutions-driven Business Applications Specialist to join a dynamic IT function supporting critical operational systems across logistics, warehousing and transport.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on ownership, enjoys solving complex problems, and can confidently bridge the gap between technical systems and business needs.
What you’ll be doing

  * Taking the lead on key business systems, ensuring data integrity, performance and reliability

  * Supporting users and troubleshooting issues to keep operations running smoothly

  * Managing system configuration including customer onboarding, contracts and charging structures

  * Working closely with internal IT teams and external vendors to deliver enhancements and upgrades and having the ability to communicate to technical and non-technical people.

  * Driving continuous improvement by analysing processes and implementing smarter solutions

  * Creating clear procedures and documentation to strengthen system governance

  * Becoming the go-to expert for your applications, reducing reliance on third parties
