Qualifications & Experience

  * Degree in Business, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related discipline.

  * Minimum 2+ years’ experience in B2B sales, business development, or key account management in cosmetic ingredients/personal care markets.

  * Proven ability to introduce innovative technologies and maintain strategic accounts.

  * MBA or equivalent and international sales experience are advantageous.

Responsibilities
You will define and execute go-to-market strategies to drive adoption of innovative enzyme-based solutions. Key responsibilities include:

  * Develop and implement the commercial strategy across cosmetic and personal care markets.

  * Identify and secure key customers and strategic accounts, ensuring revenue growth.

  * Manage client relationships, negotiate contracts, and develop value propositions.

  * Analyze market trends, gather intelligence, and shape business tactics.

  * Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure commercial success.

Skills / Technical Competencies

  * Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in early-stage environments.

  * Expertise in market analysis, pricing strategy, and commercial negotiations.

  * Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.

Nice to Haves

  * Fluency in multiple European languages (Spanish, German, Portuguese).

  * Previous startup or scale-up experience
