Business Development Manager 

Location: Northern Ireland 

Salary: £65,000 to £70,000 plus Bonus, Company Vehicle and Excellent Benefits

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a growing commercial organisation with an established customer base across the UK and Ireland.

Following continued investment and ambitious growth plans, the business is looking to appoint a commercially driven Business Development Manager to identify new opportunities, develop long term customer relationships and support future expansion. This is a consultative sales role focused on delivering tailored business solutions to customers across a variety of sectors.

Reporting into the senior commercial leadership team, the Business Development Manager will play a key role in growing the customer portfolio, developing strategic partnerships and driving sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities across a range of industry sectors

· Build and maintain strong long term customer relationships

· Develop and implement commercial strategies to support sustainable business growth

· Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and contract award

· Maximise opportunities within existing customer accounts through account development and cross selling

· Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new commercial opportunities

· Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop tailored customer solutions

Candidate Profile

· Minimum of five years' experience as a Business Development Manager within a business to business commercial environment, ideally selling complex service solutions

· Proven track record of winning new business and growing customer accounts

· Strong commercial awareness with experience engaging senior decision makers

· Self motivated, target driven and comfortable managing your own pipeline

· Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills
