Business Development Manager - Signage, Large Format Print & POS

Location: Cheadle (Remote Working Available)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive Basic Salary + Uncapped Bonus/Commission (DOE & Performance)

About the Role

Are you an experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record of winning new business within the signage, large format print or point of sale (POS) sectors?

We're working with a growing and ambitious business looking to strengthen its sales team with an experienced new business professional. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on generating new opportunities, building long-term client relationships and developing new revenue streams.

Although the business is based in Cheadle, the successful candidate can be remote-based, with travel to the office and client meetings as required.

The Role

Your primary focus will be identifying and securing new business opportunities across the signage, large format print and POS markets.

You'll be responsible for:

Identifying and developing new business opportunities across a variety of sectors.

Building relationships with new customers and converting opportunities into long-term accounts.

Managing the full sales cycle from initial prospecting through to closing business.

Working closely with internal project, estimating and production teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Achieving agreed sales targets and contributing to the company's continued growth.

Attending client meetings, networking events and industry exhibitions where appropriate.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

Previous experience in a Business Development, New Business Sales or Sales Manager role.

A strong background within the signage, large format print or POS industry.

A proven history of generating and winning new business.

Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

A self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently.

A full UK driving licence.
