Job Description

C+E Hub run driver required – 4 Nights only- Monday to Thursday 

Our client operates a variety of runs, covering everything from general haulage to do trunking to the Hub. 
We are currently seeking reliable and professional C+E (HGV Class 1) Drivers for night work.

Pay Rates: £17.38 per hour 
Location: Carcroft 
Start Date: Monday the 24th 
Paid Weekly – Minimum 8 Hours Paid Per Shift

About the Role

We are looking for dedicated driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will safely and efficiently transport goods or vehicles, ensuring timely deliveries while following all traffic regulations and company policies. Experience in commercial driving is highly desirable. Work may include both long-distance trunking and local deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

Operate HGV Class 1 vehicles to the hub

Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections

Maintain accurate logs for deliveries, mileage, fuel use, and other records

Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding schedules and potential delays

Comply with all traffic laws and safety standards

Ensure vehicles are clean and maintained

Requirements

Full UK C+E driving licence (maximum 6 points – no DR10, CD10, IN10)

Minimum 2 years holding a UK licence

Reliable, detail-oriented, and punctual

Shifts & Hours

Monday to Thursday Nights 

Nogoing 8 to 11.5 depending which hub 

What We Offer

£17.38 – Days per hour (Mon–Sunday)

12.07% holiday accrual

Enhanced rates for Saturday and Sunday

Weekly pay – PAYE only (no Ltd)

Digital timesheets for fast, easy submission

8-hour minimum shift pay

24-hour dedicated driver support line
