Job Description
MPI are looking for a Permanent DESIGN ENGINEER / CAD CAM PROGRAMMER, for our client based in Kempston
* Permanent
* 36 hours per week, 7.00 – 4.30pm Monday – Thursday
* 4 day working week
* Free parking available

Job overview:
* Design and develop existing and new products
* Create CNC programs for laser machine, turret press and press brakes using Radan software, ensuring processes are being followed.
* Produce and check CAD Drawings, ensuring high levels of accuracy
* Improve manufacturing processes where possible
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
* Previous experience with RADAN is preferred, other CAD packages considered
* Knowledge of Amada press brakes and laser machines
* Knowledge of sheet metal / fabrication manufacturing
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Be a good team worker demonstrating loyalty and commitment to the company and team members
* Great attitude towards problem solving
* Clear and concise written and spoken communication skillsBefore You Apply
