Car Sales Executive
Job type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £24,000 basic - £55,000+ OTE (uncapped)
Holiday: 30 days paid holiday (including bank holidays)

As a Car Sales Executive, you'll play a key part in delivering an exceptional buying experience for our customers. From first enquiry to handover and after-sales care, you'll handle every step with professionalism and enthusiasm. This position focuses on used car sales, working with a hand-picked range of quality vehicles.
Key responsibilities of the Car Sales Executive:
  * Engaging with customers in the showroom, online, and over the phone
  * Understanding customer needs and matching them with the right vehicle
  * Organising and supervising test drives
  * Presenting finance and part-exchange options clearly and compliantly
  * Maintaining accurate customer records using our sales system
  * Following up on leads to build lasting relationships
Requirements for the Car Sales Executive role:
  * Strong people skills and a professional approach
  * Confident communicating both in person and over the phone
  * Works well independently and as part of a close team
  * IT-literate and comfortable using CRM systems
  * Full UK driving licence
  * Previous car sales experience is advantageous but not essential.
  * Full training will be provided for the right person with the right attitude.
