Are you a driven, customer-focused sales professional looking to take your career to the next level? We’re recruiting on behalf of our client for an ambitious Car Sales Executive to join a successful and growing dealership.

📍 The Role
As a Car Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while maximising sales opportunities across both new and used vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  * Selling new and used cars through a structured and proven sales process

  * Guiding customers through model selection, features, and finance options

  * Conducting engaging and professional test drives

  * Managing your diary and customer appointments efficiently

  * Maintaining and updating customer records and databases accurately

  * Upholding a professional and well-presented image at all times

⏰ Working Hours:

  * Monday to Saturday: 8:30am – 6:00pm

  * NO SUNDAYS

  * Plus 1 weekday off every week

💰 What’s on Offer:

  * Basic salary: £21,000 – £27,000

  * On-target earnings: £50,000 – £60,000+

  * Strong earning potential with uncapped commission

✅ What We’re Looking For:

  * Previous sales experience (automotive preferred but not essential)

  * Full UK driving licence

  * A confident, target-driven approach

  * Excellent communication and customer service skills

  * Well-organised with strong attention to detail

  * Professional appearance and attitude
