Job Description

Business Development Executive (x2) – Automotive / Trade Sales

📍 Location: Caterham

💷 £25,000 to £26,500 basic + commission OTE £50K+
📈 Great career progression

We’re looking for two ambitious Business Development Executives with 6 months + B2B sales experience (automotive or trade sales desirable) to join a fast-growing team.

The Role:

  * 70% New Business / 30% Account Management

  * Recruit and activate trade partners

  * Drive product sales through distribution channels

  * Use warm leads to build you pipeline

  * Grow existing accounts and increase revenue

  * Support partners with promotions, incentives, and product adoption

Requirements:

  * 6 months + experience in trade, distribution, or channel sales

  * Confident selling to electrical wholesalers, builders’ merchants, or contractors

  * Commercially astute and target-driven

  * Strong relationship-building skills

  * Organised and CRM-savvy (HubSpot experience helpful)

  * Driver with own transport preferred

  * KPI: 60 calls per day
