We’re working with a well-established dealership in the Epsom area that’s known for its strong stock profile, structured sales approach, and consistent earning potential. If you know how to build rapport, deliver a great customer experience, and close with confidence — you’ll fit right in.

💰 What’s on Offer

  * £21,000–£27,000 basic salary

  * £50,000–£60,000 OTE

  * 5-day working week

  * Monday–Saturday: 8:30am–6:00pm

  * Sundays + 1 weekday off

🚘 What You’ll Be Doing

  * Selling new and used vehicles using a proven, structured process

  * Helping customers choose the right model, features, and finance options

  * Delivering engaging, professional test drives

  * Managing your diary and customer appointments efficiently

  * Keeping the CRM system accurate and up to date

  * Always representing the brand with professionalism

✅ What We’re Looking For

  * Previous experience in motor trade sales

  * Full UK driving licence

  * Confident communicator with strong closing ability

  * Self-motivated and target-driven

  * Well-organised with a proactive mindset
