We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of New/Used Car Sales Executive at their franchised dealership located in Swindon, Wiltshire. Sell new and used vehicles, including electric campervans, plug-in hybrid SUVs, and petrol city cars
Promote and sell add-ons, accessories, finance, and insurance products to meet and exceed sales targets
Keep customers informed about vehicle delivery schedules, addressing any delays proactively
Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
Collect payments and ensure the proper handover of vehicles
Explain warranty and after-sales service arrangements
Introduce customers to the Service Department and demonstrate vehicle features to enhance customer experience
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and build strong, ongoing relationshipsRequirements of the Car Sales Executive:

Living within a reasonable commuting distance of Swindon, Wiltshire
Hold a valid UK driving licence with minimal points
Recent or current experience in car sales, preferably within the new car sector, is essential
Strong desire to produce results and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service
Ability to build and maintain professional customer relationships
