Sales Executive – Gatwick

£25,000 Basic Salary | £50,000 OTE

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and motivated Sales Executive to join a successful dealership in the Gatwick area.

Whether you're an experienced automotive Sales Executive or have a strong background in customer-facing sales, this is a fantastic opportunity to build a rewarding career with excellent earning potential and ongoing training.

Key Responsibilities

  * 

    Welcoming customers into the showroom and providing an outstanding buying experience.

  * 

    Understanding customers' needs and recommending the most suitable vehicles and finance options.

  * 

    Arranging and conducting vehicle test drives.

  * 

    Managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.

  * 

    Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.

  * 

    Building lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

  * 

    Maintaining accurate customer records using the dealership CRM system.

The Ideal Candidate

  * 

    Previous experience in automotive sales is desirable but not essential.

  * 

    A confident, motivated and target-driven approach.

  * 

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  * 

    Strong customer service focus.

  * 

    Well-presented with a professional attitude.

  * 

    Full UK driving licence.
