Job Description

We are currently seeking a professional and motivated Car Sales Executive to join a reputable franchise-approved dealership in North Bristol. This is an excellent Car Sales Executive opportunity for driven individuals to develop their automotive sales careers within a well-established group.

Basic salary of £19,000 with a company car OR £23,000 without a company car
Uncapped performance-related commission, with earnings exceeding £45,000 per annum

Long-term career progression opportunities within a large dealership group across the South West EnglandDuties of a Car Sales Executive:

Sell new and used vehicles, including a variety of models from city cars to SUVs
Promote and sell add-ons, accessories, finance, insurance products, and extended warranties
Keep customers informed of vehicle delivery progress, addressing delays proactively
Resolve customer queries efficiently and effectively
Collect payment and ensure smooth vehicle handover as a Car Sales Executive
Explain vehicle warranties and servicing options
Introduce customers to the Service Department and demonstrate vehicle features
Maintain high standards of customer service and build lasting customer relationships 
Work independently and seek every sales opportunity within a target-driven environmentRequirements of a Car Sales Executive:

Previous vehicle sales experience is advantageous but not essential
Strong customer service skills and a results-oriented mindset
Ability to build excellent customer relationships and work under pressure
A UK driving licence with minimal points
Confidence in working independently and proactively seeking sales opportunities
Passion for automotive sales and a genuine interest in the vehicles sold
Willingness to work on Saturdays and during peak periods (March and September Sunday working required)If you are a proactive, energetic individual with a passion for automotive sales and eager to succeed, this could be the perfect role for you.
