Our client, a reputable family-run main dealer in Northampton, is seeking an experienced Car Sales Executive to join their successful team. Duties of a Car Sales Executive:

  * Meeting and exceeding sales targets
  * Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues

  * Ensuring compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards
Requirements of a Car Sales Executive:
  * Previous sales experience is preferred but not essential; full training is provided
  * Motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales
  * Strong communication and customer service skills
  * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment
  * Professional attitude and a customer-focused approach
  * Valid UK driving licence
