Care Assistant – Chichester & Surrounding Areas
£500 Joining Bonus*
Pay: £14–£15 per hour + mileage
Hours: Guaranteed hours for full time or part time. Working times are between 07:00-22:00

This isn’t a high-volume care environment. Instead, you’ll provide unrushed, relationship-led care, giving you the time to build meaningful connections and deliver the level of care your clients deserve.

Pay & Benefits We want you to feel valued and rewarded for the important work you do:
  * £500 signing-on bonus
  * Guaranteed monthly hours
  * £14-£15 per hour (depending on shift and experience)
  * Enhanced evening and weekend pay rates
  * Overnight care: £125 – £135 per night
  * Live-in care opportunities: £130 – £145 per day
  * 45p per mile mileage allowance
  * Holiday pay (12.07%)
  * Company pension (3% contribution)
  * Enhanced pay on designated holidays
About the role As a Care Assistant, you’ll help people remain independent in the comfort of their own homes. Every day is different, but you may be:
  * Providing high-quality, person-centred care tailored to individual needs
  * Supporting with personal care such as washing, dressing, and toileting
  * Assisting with meals, medication, and daily routines
  * Offering companionship and emotional support
  * Helping with light household tasks to maintain a safe environment
  * Monitoring wellbeing and updating care records
What we’re looking for You don’t need to be perfect — we’re looking for the right values and attitude:
  * Reliable and professional
  * Available to work every other weekend
  * Flexible to work a combination of:
      * Early mornings
      * Evenings
      * Split shifts
  * Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

*To be eligable for the £500 signing on bonus, you must have availability to suit the branches needs. Along with being able to work at least 15 hours a week.
The joining bonus will be paid in two stages:

  * £250 upon successful completion of probation
