Care Assistant – Inverness
Full-time & Part-time | Day & Night Shifts Available
Pay rate: £13.00 – £14.50 per hour
Job Summary:
Our client, a well-established care home in Inverness, is seeking compassionate and reliable Care Assistants to join their friendly and supportive team. This is a great opportunity for anyone who is passionate about providing exceptional care and making a positive difference in the lives of others.
About the Home:
The care home provides a warm, welcoming, and homely environment where residents are supported to live comfortably and with dignity. The home offers 30 single bedrooms, each with an en-suite toilet and washing facilities. Residents are encouraged to bring their own furniture and personal possessions to create a familiar and reassuring space that truly feels like home.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents
* Assist with mobility, mealtimes, and daily activities
* Promote independence, dignity, and emotional well-being
* Build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
* Follow individual care plans and report any changes in condition
Requirements:
* Previous care experience is desirable but not essential — full training provided
* Compassionate, patient, and reliable attitude
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Flexibility to work day or night shifts
