Location: Bournemouth
Salary: £30,000–£35,000 per year
Hours: 9am–5pm + occasional paid on-call
Weekends: 1 in 3 (as required)

Key Responsibilities

    Coordinating high-quality care delivery

    Supporting care staff and contributing to team development

    Assisting with operational needs and paid on-call duties

Requirements

    Previous supervisory experience in health or social care

    Level 3 Health & Social Care (or equivalent)

  * 

    Flexible and able to support service needs

  * 

    Able to work one weekend in three
