Job Title: Caretaker (Part-Time)
Location: S81 7DW (Worksop area)
Hours: 6:00am – 10:00am (Monday to Friday)
Salary: £12.71 PAYE
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Caretaker to support the smooth running of a site within the local area. This is a part-time morning role, ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and well-presented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Opening and securing the premises daily
General maintenance and basic repairs
Cleaning of communal areas and external spaces
Monitoring site safety and reporting hazards
Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
Supporting hygiene standards in line with food/environmental regulations (if applicable)
Requirements
Enhanced DBS
Previous experience in a caretaker, facilities, or maintenance role preferred
Good understanding of health and safety practices
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Basic DIY and maintenance skills
