Job Description

Night Warehouse Administrator
Location: Reading
Hours: 03:00am-11:00am
Contract: Temp to Perm

We are currently recruiting for a Night Shift Warehouse Administrator to join a busy, fast-paced logistics operation. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to play a key role in supporting warehouse operations during the night shift.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment, has strong attention to detail, and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team while also being able to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Completing driver debriefs and accurately recording all relevant operational information
Collating data and producing daily KPI and performance reports
Handling inbound and outbound calls, dealing with customer and internal queries professionally
Liaising with warehouse teams, drivers, and management to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Processing data and system updates accurately and within required timeframes
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all documentation is kept up to date
Supporting continuous improvement by ensuring processes are followed and updated where requiredWhat We’re Looking For:

Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Confident working independently during night shifts
Good communication skills across all levels
Competent in Microsoft Excel and Word (desirable)
