We’re working with a major organisation undergoing a merger and transformation programme. With over 20,000 employees worldwide, this role is pivotal in driving change and communications across systems, finance, and CRM integration.
Title: Change & Communications Lead - FTC (6–12 months, likely to extend)
Location: London
Salary: £80,000
Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead change and communications initiatives for a large-scale merger and transformation programme
- Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver clear messaging and engagement strategies
- Support systems and process changes across finance, CRM, and transformation projects
- Collaborate with an existing UK C&C lead (BAU) and a support resource
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in change and communications within complex environments
- Exposure to mergers, acquisitions, or large-scale transformation programmes
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Industry background is flexible - strong change and comms and M&A exp is key
