£42,000 – £52,000 + bonus x2

📍 Bristol

A Chartered Building Surveyor role based in Bristol offering £42,000 – £52,000 plus bonus x2. This is a Permanent Full-time position with hybrid working within a multidisciplinary consultancy delivering commercial sector projects and professional services.

🎯 Responsibilities

  * Deliver contract administration and project management services

  * Undertake surveys, dilapidations and technical due diligence

  * Manage planned maintenance and project monitoring instructions

  * Provide client-facing advice across commercial property matters

✅ Requirements

  * MRICS qualified

  * Degree in Building Surveying or similar

  * Experience across projects and professional instructions

  * Commercial sector exposure

  * Strong technical delivery capability

💰 Salary & Package

  * £42,000 – £52,000 salary

  * £6,500 car allowance
