About you

You’re at the start of your career and want a role where you will actually learn rather than be left doing admin. You want real project experience, time on site and the chance to work closely with senior surveyors who will help you develop. You enjoy problem solving and you want a home where you can grow into a confident Building Surveyor.

Your experience

You might have completed a Building Surveying degree or be close to finishing. You enjoy project work and want exposure to design, contracts, condition surveys and professional services. You like dealing with clients and being involved in buildings rather than sitting behind a screen all day. You’re motivated, curious and want a role with structure and support.

What you will be doing with your experience

You will assist with project based building surveying work across education, commercial and public sector projects. You will support more senior surveyors with surveys, specifications, contract administration, design work and site inspections. You will learn how to manage your own small schemes and gradually take on responsibility as your confidence grows.
