Fantastic opportunity for a Chartered structural engineer looking for flexibility to work part time, offering the freedom to manage your own schedule.
Our client is looking for a structural engineer able to work with complete autonomy who is capable of producing structural inspections and written reports for both residential and high-rise buildings across London. Assignments will vary, keeping the work interesting and diverse.
Candidates must have their own transport to travel to site and have proven experience in conducting structural inspections, producing clear, technically sound structural reports. You will also have strong knowledge of structural defects, including issues relating to cracking, movement and subsidence.
Practical expertise in design and sound general construction knowledge is vital. You must be able to deliver well-structures, professional reports with clarity and precision.
This role offers the freedom work independently and the opportunity to engage with varied and interesting projects.
