We are currently recruiting for an experienced Childcare Lawyer to join our client’s multi-accredited practice on a full time hybrid basis. Responsibilities of the Childcare Lawyer:
Care proceedings
Adoption
Legal Aid applications
Applications for secure accommodation
Public law outline matters (PLO)
Issues relating to the protection of children and young people
Attending court to conduct advocacy
Revoking placement ordersThe Childcare Lawyer Candidate:
Experience in childcare law is essential for this role
Shows a strong work ethic
Strong communication skills
IT Proficient
