REF 102 – CHILDREN HOME MANAGER – LINCOLN AREA - £UP TO 65,000 BASE SALARY + BENEFITS

Forest Care Selection are currently supporting a unique provider of care, education and support services to individuals with a Learning Disability or Autism.

This provider is seeking a Children Home Manager for their specialist residential care setting in the Lincoln area.

The home is Good rated and well established and linked to the providers Education setting.

The Children Home Manager in Lincoln will:

  * Overseeing the running of a unique Good residential home attached to an Education setting.

  * Lead a large support team including multiple deputy managers and seniors.

  * Ensure the services continued compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.

The Children Home Manager in Lincoln will need:

  * Level 5 Children and Young People or equivalent

  * Proven management experience in residential childcare settings.

  * Flexibility to travel between services in Lincolnshire.

  * Thorough knowledge of Children’s Home Regulations, Quality Standards and inspection frameworks.

The successful candidate will enjoy a range of benefits including:
