Job Description:
Nani Recruitment is currently recruiting experienced Children’s Support Workers to work in residential settings across Preston and Manchester.
This role involves supporting children and young people with emotional, behavioural, and daily living needs while maintaining a safe and structured environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support children and young people in residential care
• Promote independence and wellbeing
• Follow care plans and safeguarding procedures
• Manage challenging behaviour professionally
• Work independently and as part of a team

Essential Requirements:
• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Children & Young People)
• Experience working with children or young people
• Strong understanding of safeguarding
• Right to work in the UK

• Experience in children’s residential homes
• Flexible availability (days, nights, weekends)
