Role: Childrens Support Worker

Location: Hertfordhire various locations. Adhoc Shifts and Ongoing work available

Support worker required in various locations in Hertforddhire. Most of the children have autism and complex needs, so experience in working with children with additional needs is highly beneficial.

Brief Job Overview:
• Providing personalised care and support to children in their own home environment.
• Supporting daily routines, personal care, and social development.
• Following individual care plans and risk assessments to ensure safety and wellbeing.
• Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional regulation.
• Liaising with families, schools, and other professionals as required.
Person Specification:
• Experience working with children with autism or complex needs is highly desirable.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
• Flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the children and families.
• Full DBS check and relevant safeguarding training required.
