CI Project Engineer
Currently recruiting for a newly created CI Project Engineer for a food manufacture in the Middlesbrough area.
The site is undergoing huge investment and an automaton project, you will work closely with Operations and Engineering teams to deliver projects on time, in budget.
Your Role
* Leading continuous improvement projects across production
* Identifying inefficiencies and implementing Lean solutions
* Using data to drive smarter decisions and measurable results
* Collaborating with production, quality, and engineering teams
* Championing a culture of continuous improvement
What we’re looking for:
* Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG
* Strong Engineering Background
* Knowledge of Red Zone advantageous
* Strong knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma (Green Belt a plus!)
* A proactive problem-solver who can influence and deliver change
* Great communication and project management skills
Role
* Monday to Friday
* Based around 8am-4pm - flexibility as per workload
