Job Description
Service Care Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Solicitor to join a local authority in Derbyshire on a full-time, temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a busy and supportive in-house legal team handling a diverse range of civil litigation matters.
Role: Civil Litigation Solicitor
Location: Derbyshire – hybrid
Umbrella Rate: £50 - £55ph
PAYE Inc. Rate: £44.10 - £48.44
Key Responsibilities:
Handle a varied caseload of civil litigation matters, including personal injury and general debt recovery.
Conduct reserved activity litigation work with minimal supervision.
Demonstrate strong technical ability and confidence in managing your own files from start to finish.Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) with current practising certificate.
Proven experience in personal injury and debt recovery.
Experience working within or for a local authority is advantageous, though not essential.Benefits included with the role:

Weekly pay – the rate offered will depend on experience and interview performance.
