About the Role

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-driven Civils Estimator to join our expanding pre-construction team. You’ll be responsible for producing accurate and competitive estimates across a wide range of civil engineering projects, including infrastructure, highways, drainage, groundworks, and structural works.

Key Responsibilities

  * 

    Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and tender documents

  * 

    Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and take-offs

  * 

    Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing

  * 

    Assess project risks, constraints, and opportunities

  * 

    Support bid submissions and contribute to value engineering proposals

  * 

    Work collaboratively with project managers, engineers, and the wider commercial team

About You

  * 

    Proven experience as a Civils Estimator or similar role within the construction sector

  * 

    Strong understanding of civil engineering methods, materials, and industry standards

  * 

    Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Excel

  * 

    Excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills

  * 

    Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously

  * 

    A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy
