Job Description

Teamforce Labour are currently looking for an experienced Civils Site Supervisor for a long-term opportunity based in Fleetwood.

Role Overview:
 As Site Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality standards. You’ll play a key role in coordinating site activities and supporting the wider delivery team.

 Key Responsibilities:

Supervising all on-site civils activities and workforce
Ensuring all works are carried out in line with RAMS and health & safety regulations
Coordinating subcontractors, plant, and materials on site
Carrying out site inductions, briefings, and toolbox talks
Monitoring progress and reporting updates to the site/project manager
Maintaining high standards of quality and site compliance
Identifying and resolving on-site issues efficiently
Supporting programme delivery and helping drive works forwardWhat we’re looking for:

Proven experience in a civils site supervision role
Strong knowledge of groundworks and civil engineering projects
SSSTS or SMSTS (preferred)
Good communication and leadership skills
