Job Description
Claims Handler
Our Client, an established organisation within their sector are looking for experienced individuals to join their dynamic and expanding team.
The Role
* Liaising closely with clients to gain an in depth understanding of their insurance programme requirements.
* Preparing reports and quotations at new business and renewal stage.
* Broking new and existing business to insurers.
* Responding to day to day enquiries, including mid-term adjustments.
* Issuing client correspondence; checking and issuing policy documentation.
* Maintaining accurate file notes, data base records and diary notes.
* Dealing with customer quotations
* Converting these enquires into policies.
* Main KPI's conversion, lead generation and cross selling.
The Candidate
* 2-3 years’ experience insurance experience
* Enthusiastic and driven
* Expand product knowledge with strong desire to learn
* Professional business attitude
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders
