Job Overview

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Class 1 Driver to join our client based in Hythe. This role involves delivering palletised goods via a Palletline network, ensuring timely and professional service to customers.

Role Details:

  * Start time: 18:00

  * Monday to Friday

  * Trunking work from our depot to the Birmingham Palletline hub and back

  * No multi-drop involved

Responsibilities:

  * Carry out trunk runs safely and efficiently

  * Ensure timely collections and deliveries between depots

  * Complete all relevant paperwork and PODs accurately

  * Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any defects

  * Adhere to all driving and tachograph regulations

Requirements:

  * Valid Class 1 (Category C+E) licence

  * Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card

  * Previous trunking experience preferred

  * Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

  * No more than 6 penalty points (no major endorsements)

Additional Information:

  * Ongoing work available
